Cookie Policy

What our websites store in your browser, what they load from other services, and how you can control it.

Last updated September 25, 2026 · 2 min read

The short version

  • We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell information collected through cookies.
  • Sign-in areas use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and secure.
  • Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images from an image provider, and both receive your IP address.
  • You can clear or block cookies and storage in your browser settings.

1 What these technologies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features: local storage stays until it’s cleared, and session storage is cleared when you close the tab. This policy calls all of them “cookies.” It covers runpractice.ai, the RunPractice app, and the booking pages and patient portals that practices run on RunPractice.

2 What we use

Strictly necessary

These keep you signed in to the RunPractice app and patient portals, protect accounts and forms from fraud, and keep the services running. Payment pages may use cookies set by Stripe to prevent fraud. The services don’t work properly without them.

Functional

  • Booking pages can remember a verified email address and your bookings on this device, so that you can manage them. You can clear them at any time.
  • Our demo booking keeps your booking details in session storage to show them on the confirmation page. They’re cleared when you close the tab.
  • Some pages remember display choices, such as how a presentation is shown.

Analytics

We don’t use third-party analytics cookies on runpractice.ai. If we add them, we’ll update this policy first.

Advertising

We don’t use advertising cookies.

3 Content from other services

  • Google Fonts delivers the fonts our pages use. Google receives your IP address and standard browser information when it does.
  • Images: some photos on our website are loaded from an image provider, which receives your IP address and standard browser information.
  • Stripe: payment forms may load Stripe’s scripts, which use cookies to prevent fraud. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to them.

4 Patient portals and booking pages

We don’t place advertising cookies, pixels or other third-party tracking technologies on patient sign-in areas, patient portals or booking steps after identity verification.

5 Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies and clear site data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, sign-in and payments may not work.
  • We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information, although we don’t sell or share it.
  • There is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, so our sites don’t respond to them.

6 Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date. Questions: [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy.
